36 monthly FlareDrops totaling 24.2 billion FLR can be claimed by community members who have wrapped their FLR or staked to a Flare validator.
Every 30 days, approximately 670 million FLR are divided among network participants based on their combined wrapped FLR (WFLR) and staked FLR. FlareDrops need to be claimed within 67 days, after which any remaining FLR is burnt.

Criteria
- FlareDrops allocations each month are based on the combined total of WFLR held and FLR staked on the P-Chain.
- Three random blocks are chosen during the 23 days prior to claim day to calculate the average holdings of all wallets. This period is called the “holdings calculation period”.
- The number of FlareDrops tokens that a wallet can claim in any month is based on its relative share of all WFLR and staked FLR in circulation.
- No Flare related entity, employee or founder may use their token allocation to claim a portion of the FlareDrops.
How it works
Claim rewards
You can claim Flare in the Flare Portal or in the Block Explorer. In the Flare Portal, when you connect to your account your claimable awards are displayed. Just click the claim button and complete the transaction.
Set up autoclaiming
If you use Bifrost Wallet, you can easily set up autoclaiming in the app. Click on "FLR" or "WFLR" in the wallet, click on the three dots at the top right and press "delegate", then tap "view more" in the rewards section and follow the prompts.
You can also set up autoclaiming using the Flare Portal, but this will require manually obtaining and inputting an executors’ Flare address. You can also use the Bifrost Wallet executor. Copy the Bifrost Claim Bot address and head to the Flare Portal.
